SHIPPING POLICY

We use UPS for all domestic shipping.

Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days – cut off is 1pm, PST. Once the package has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information.

Standard transit time for FREE ground delivery is between 2-5 days within the continental US. 

Expedited orders will require additional payment during the check-out process.  

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays, and signature upon delivery is not required. 

Please contact UPS or Customer Service if you would like to add a required signature to your delivery. 

Free shipping is always standard ground and it applies to domestic, continental US orders only.
